A self-portrait is done by painters not (only) out of vanity but mainly because it is a great exercise. Besides, as a model, you yourself are always available. For me it had been a while so it was high time for a new self-portrait. The previous one was in watercolor. This time a pointillist portrait of me in my studio/atelier.
