Autumn

When the canvas ‘Blossom’ was sold, a second painting for the purpose of a diptych was commissioned at the same time. That became “Autumn.

Quite a challenge, because Blossom was not originally intended to be a diptych. It had to fit together, but not become boring. And with autumn it is easy to fall into somber colors. The end result has enough similarities, but also differences. Like the point of view, for example. Client happy. And so am I.
