Some limited editions or art cards are in stock, but some are not. And haste is rarely good. So please give me a week to process, produce and deliver your order.
My prints are packaged and shipped with the utmost care. I strive to send your order within 1 week (after order and payment). You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order has been presented to the delivery service (PostNL, DHL or other service). This delivery service will take care of the delivery of your order. I am not liable for possible late delivery by the delivery service.
Shipping
All orders are packed with the utmost care. However, it is possible that your order is damaged during transport. In that case, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt.
Returns/Revocation
You have 14 days to change your mind regarding the exchange or return of your order. Within this period you can inform me that you want to return items to me. You can do this by means of the withdrawal form or by e-mail. As soon as I have received the items in undamaged condition and in the original packaging, I will transfer the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to you within 1 week. Returns are at your own expense and risk (tip: always ask for proof of shipment and keep it well!).
