Commissioned by the Dutch Lithography Museum, I created a pointillist lithograph inspired by Georges Seurat’s colour model. The lithograph was printed by the museum’s printer, Rolf Maas, in full colour (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) in an exclusive edition of 50 copies. Forty copies are being issued by the museum. I am permitted to sell the remaining 10 copies myself. I offer these as fully framed works of art: the lithograph print including a grey passe-partout, float glass and a black frame. These lithographs are numbered (41/50 to 50/50), signed and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Furthermore, each lithograph bears the museum’s embossed stamp. Print dimensions: 25x25cm; paper dimensions: 40x30cm.

About the quality
A chromolithograph is created by painting several lithographic stones with a black, oily ink. A different stone is used for each colour. Only once all the colours have been printed is the complete image visible. This requires a great deal of imagination on the part of the artist, particularly with a pointillist work such as this. This full-colour lithograph was commissioned by the Dutch Lithography Museum in Valkenswaard and printed by Rolf Maas (NSM).
Limited edition, special framing
The total print run consists of 50 copies. The majority of these are issued by the museum itself. I am selling just 10 copies myself (numbers 41 to 50), and I do so in the form of fully framed works: the lithograph fitted with a grey passe-partout, float glass and a black frame.
Blind-embossed Lithography Museum
The lithograph features a special blind embossing with the logo of the Dutch Lithography Museum. Each print is personally numbered and signed by me and therefore bears a blind embossing. The accompanying Certificate of Authenticity can be found behind the lithograph within the frame.
Postage
A framed lithograph is fragile during transport and postage. That is why I take great care when packing and posting a lithograph. If I am unsure whether it is advisable to post it, I will contact you to discuss the option of delivery or collection.
