For the exhibition ‘PUNT. Pointillism. Pop-art. Pixel.’ I was commissioned by the Dutch Lithography Museum to create a pointillist lithograph inspired by Georges Seurat’s color model. The lithograph was printed in full color in an exclusive edition of 80. For this, we collaborated with master printer Gertjan Forrer.

About Quality
A chromolithography is created by painting several lithographic stones with a black fatty ink. A different stone for each printing color. Only after all the colors have been printed is the complete overall image visible. This requires much imagination on the part of the artist, especially in a pointillist work such as this. This full color lithograph was commissioned by the Nederlands Steendrukmuseum in Valkenswaard and printed by master printer Gertjan Forrer.
Limited edition
Unlike most other editions in my webshop, this lithograph can only be ordered from the museum’s webshop (edition of 80 copies). Via the ‘Buy Product’ button you will automatically be directed to the appropriate work in the museum’s webshop.
Blind embossing Steendrukmuseum
The litho has a special blindpreeg with the logo of the Nederlands Steendrukmuseum. Each print has been personally numbered and signed by me and thus provided with a blind embossing.
